All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock, there may be instances when an item is no longer available. Online Return Policy
Monique Lhuillier wants to ensure your complete satisfaction for all online purchases. We will gladly accept your return of unworn or unaltered merchandise within 14 calendar days from the date delivered. Please contact us at
or 877.659.9801 for a Return Authorization number on full priced merchandise only. Refunds will not be issued after the return window has ended.
All returned merchandise should include your RA paperwork, packaging, tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. All footwear must be tried on carpeted surfaces only. Items must be sent back packaged in a suitable way to protect contents.
Monique Lhuillier reserves the right to refuse the return of any
merchandise that does not adhere to our policy; such items will not be
accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Merchandise purchased online cannot be returned to a Monique Lhuillier Flagship Boutique.
Sale merchandise is a final sale with no exceptions. International
orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Pricing & Payment Options
Pricing displayed on the Monique Lhuillier website is quoted in local currency. While we try to ensure that all prices displayed are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will inform you via e-mail or telephone as soon as possible and you may confirm your order at the correct price or cancel the order.
Monique Lhuillier charges state, local and county taxes for all online transactions, as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. Actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.
Shipping & Delivery
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. For security reasons, purchases made online require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Monique Lhuillier cannot be responsible for unanticipated shipper delays.
Orders placed with multiple items may ship in multiple packages.
